Brendan was so tired at nap time today, he only made it to the Frodo bed. He was mad at MaMa for some reason and didn't want to go to bed. Maybe his teeth are bothering him? Sleepy Bee!

Meet Noel, He has Come a Long Way

Brendan just received a foreign exchange student from Spain.  He is really enjoying his new friend.  He had customs problems coming across the border, and his papers are now in order.  His name is Noel.  …Just in time for his birthday, although he was suppose to arrive around Christmas.  We had a great time for Brendan's birthday party down south.  Pictures will follow soon.  Thank you everyone for coming to see our baby add another year to his life.  Thank you for the trucks, books, puzzles, and wonderful goodies. We are slowly recovering from our trip and we are getting back to the routine.

My Complaints for the Day - Fort Jackson, S.C. Trip

My complaints for the day: Paying for a single bag on the airline, getting five small pretzels and not peanuts, no airplane food (it is a long trip across the country without food), not being allowed to bring a nice sandwich passed the security nazis, the security nazis (TSA), taking off your shoes, being irritated, going through TSA twice in one trip, cold shower, jet lag... But at least I haven't been diverted, cancelled, maintenance,"Can you come up to the cockpit for this little blinky lite," or delayed, and I have not been shot at... other than that, it was a good trip. Mission accomplished - and I learned something, enough to be dangerous on monday.
